Description

E-max Veneer Manufacturing for Dental Labs and Clinics

TL;DR — We press E-max veneer units in lithium disilicate for dental labs, clinics and distributors. Shade, contour, incisal translucency and surface texture all follow your prescription, and we keep your stated preferences on file so repeat cases stay consistent. Trial orders start at 50 units and scale past 10,000 units a month. Standard cases ship three to four working days after we receive your files or models.

Who we build for

We are a contract manufacturer, so your practice or brand stays in front of the patient. Today we supply partners in the United States, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Malaysia and Fiji. Because we do not compete with you for patients, everything below is built around protecting your reputation rather than ours.

What we press

  • E-max veneer in genuine IPS e.max lithium disilicate from Ivoclar Vivadent — pressed, layered and polished for anterior cases
  • E-max crown for anterior and premolar units, so one supplier covers the full smile
  • Shade, contour, incisal translucency and surface texture to your prescription

We press original Ivoclar ingots rather than a substitute, and we will tell you if a case calls for something else. Therefore you are never guessing at what sits in the patient’s mouth, and your material documentation matches the brand you already know.

We also run the two routes a porcelain veneer buyer eventually asks about: layered zirconia and monolithic zirconia. So when a case is too dark underneath or the patient grinds, we tell you before you send it rather than after.

Where an E-max veneer fits — and where it does not

An E-max veneer handles the cases your patients photograph: small gaps, peg-shaped laterals, chipped incisal edges, and discolouration that bleaching no longer shifts. Because it bonds to enamel, preparation stays conservative, which is usually why the prescription came to you in the first place.

However, we would rather say no early than remake twice. If the case involves heavy grinding, a dark underlying structure, or extensive existing build-up, we will point you toward layered zirconia instead. Also, any porcelain veneer needs enough enamel left to bond to. Without enough enamel the bond becomes the weak link, not the ceramic, and no amount of lab skill fixes that.

Getting the shade right on the first try

A remake costs you more than the unit itself. Therefore every anterior case follows one route. We design in 3Shape or EXOCAD, and our ceramists finish the incisal translucency and surface texture by hand. Then it passes four written checks before packing.

  • Seating — margins reach the designed position, nothing rocks
  • Contact — tight interproximal contact, no food impaction
  • Occlusion — even loading, no interference
  • Form — contour and shade read correctly under magnification

Send photos together with a shade tab. Unlike a bare prescription code, photos let us judge translucency and surface character, which is usually where mismatches start. We take both Vita Classical and Vita 3D-Master shades, so use whichever sequence your practice already works in.

If it does not fit

Where ambiguity remains, we ask one extra question rather than press an E-max veneer you cannot seat. And if a unit still comes back not matching your prescription, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We remake or adjust it at no charge, and we cover the return freight both ways. That is the plainest answer we can give to the question every new partner asks, so we put it here instead of hiding it in a policy document.

Keeping repeat cases consistent

This is the part partners tell us matters most. QC runs against our own shipping standard and against the preferences recorded for your practice. That covers fit tolerance, contact tightness and polish level. As a result, unit forty arrives the same way unit one did instead of drifting.

Files and how to send them

Send digital scans as STL or PLY. Our design rooms run 3Shape and EXOCAD, so those workflows come in directly. We also receive intraoral scans from 3Shape TRIOS and Sirona Connect. However, if you still send impressions and models, that is fine too. Because most work completes three to four working days after arrival, neither route holds up the case.

Volume, minimum orders and white label

Trial orders start at 50 units, which lets you test our work before committing to anything larger. From there partners typically scale to regular monthly volume. We also support white-label delivery: your logo, your label and your packaging. Nothing in the box points back to a factory in Shenzhen.

Turnaround and logistics

Most cases leave the bench in three to four working days. Shipping from China to the US and Europe takes roughly two working days door to door, so count about one week in total. If you need something faster, we run 48-hour rapid prototyping. In addition, we consolidate bulk cases and can arrange a weekly consolidated shipment for regular volume, which brings the per-unit freight down.

The paperwork behind it

Our quality system holds ISO 13485:2016 certification from SGS, certificate no. CN22/0001652, valid to 30 June 2028, with the certified scope covering customised denture manufacture. Material documentation for the IPS e.max ingots we press is available on request, because your technical file usually needs it. We supply dental professionals only.

Comparing materials first? Our PFM crown page sets out where metal-ceramic still wins, and our zirconia crown page covers high strength.

The ISO 13485 standard defines what that certification obliges us to do. Ready to send a case? Email info@cndentalfactory.com.
