Description
A Valplast flexible partial denture should hold firm without showing metal clasps. Hecheng (Shenzhen) Medical Dental Lab makes two kinds: flexible Valplast nylon partials and cast cobalt-chrome frameworks. That means you can match the material to the case.
Flexible nylon bends with the mouth, so the clasps disappear against the gums. Because the base is metal-free, the partial stays light and comfortable. In addition, most patients find it easier to wear than a rigid frame.
Why choose our Valplast flexible partial denture
We use genuine Valplast thermoplastic nylon, and our technicians tint the gum area to match the tissue. As a result, the partial looks natural in the mouth. We also cast cobalt-chrome frameworks for cases that need a thin, strong base. So you get both materials from one lab.
Options
- Valplast flexible partial: metal-free, clasp-free
- Cast CoCr framework: thin and strong
- Shades and gingival tint: to prescription
Nylon partials suit short- to mid-term cases, and you can read more about removable appliances on Wikipedia. However, a cast frame lasts longer under heavy function. That is why we offer both.
For dental labs, clinics and distributors
Choose a Valplast flexible partial denture supplier that scales with you. We start at 50-unit trial orders and grow to 10,000+ units a month. Also, China-to-US/EU shipping takes about two working days door-to-door.
Because traceability matters, every unit carries a LOT number, and we work under ISO 13485:2016, FDA and CE. See certifications. For full acrylic dentures, see removable dentures. Ready to send a case? Visit our OEM dental lab page.
